Legal Assistant

LATIMER LEVAY FYOCK LLC, Chicago based law firm, is seeking an experienced Administrative Legal Assistant to play a pivotal role in assisting attorneys in our Litigation and Estate Planning Practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft Engagement Letters.
  • Provide Litigation Support.
  • Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence including letters, memos, briefs, pleadings and reports.
  • Probate Documentation.
  • E-filing approved documents on various court portals.
  • All other administrative and support tasks, as assigned.

Litigation Attorney - 2 – 4 Plus Years

LATIMER LEVAY FYOCK LLC seeks an attorney for our growing Litigation Practice. We are looking for a motivated and committed individual with a strong work ethic who will be comfortable assuming responsibility for managing challenging cases.
