Colin T.J. O'Brien Appointed by World Intellectual Property Organization

Intellectual Property Partner and Practice Group Co-Chair, Colin T.J. O’Brien, has been appointed by the World Intellectual Property Organization (“WIPO”) to be an arbitrator for domain name disputes. In his role, he will issue decisions on cases brought before WIPO under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy concerning the ownership of domain names.   Please join LLF in congratulating Colin!
