Cassandra Hardeman

Even before she became an attorney, Cassie Hardeman had a passion for helping people navigate the complexities of the law so they could obtain much-needed resources, security, and peace of mind. Now, focusing her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, business and real estate transactions, and estate tax matters, Cassie continues to follow that calling, working with individuals and families to craft tailored, effective legal strategies that can help them protect their assets, provide for their loved ones, and plan for the future.

With meticulous attention to detail and full understanding of both the law and each client’s unique circumstances and goals, Cassie has extensive experience drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, deeds, and ancillary estate planning documents. She administers trusts and probate estates, including asset collection, creditor claims, and beneficiary distributions; prepares estate and gift tax returns; and advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters.

Cassie matches her focus, drive, and understanding of the law with equal parts compassion and commitment to her clients and their well-being. Combined, these attributes have formed the foundation for strong, trusting client relationships. Her ability to guide clients through the often confusing and unfamiliar legal, financial, and practical issues involved in estate planning and administration, as well as transactional and tax matters, leaves them with a sense of clarity and confidence in her counsel.

Naturally collaborative, Cassie works seamlessly not only with her clients, but also with fiduciaries, accountants, and financial advisors to implement comprehensive wealth transfer strategies.

Cassie was inspired to pursue a career in the law after working as a paralegal, helping individuals apply for Social Security Disability benefits. She saw firsthand the positive impact attorneys can have on the lives of people facing challenges or difficult decisions and has made it her life’s work ever since.
