Andy Sachs approaches the complexities of the law with a common-sense, business-oriented perspective. In his banking and finance practice, Andy represents banks, financial institutions, and private lenders on asset-based loans, real estate loans, restructurings, and loan workouts. In every transaction, Andy focuses on the big picture and end result. While he crafts meticulous documentation and structures that minimize risks and maximize protections for his clients, he does not waste his clients’ time or money on irrelevant or tangential issues that only serve to distract or delay.
