  • Credentials

Andy Sachs approaches the complexities of the law with a common-sense, business-oriented perspective. Over his three decades of handling complex banking and finance transactions, real estate matters, and general corporate issues, Andy has developed enduring client relationships based on bedrock principles of responsiveness, candor, and an unwavering focus on helping his clients achieve their goals.

In his banking and finance practice, Andy represents banks, financial institutions, and private lenders on asset-based loans, real estate loans, restructurings, and loan workouts. In every transaction, Andy focuses on the big picture and end result. While he crafts meticulous documentation and structures that minimize risks and maximize protections for his clients, he does not waste his clients’ time or money on irrelevant or tangential issues that only serve to distract or delay.

Andy brings the same approach to his representation of real estate developers in a broad range of acquisitions, dispositions, leases, development, land use issues, and other real estate matters. He is also a trusted advisor to many middle-market entities and entrepreneurs. All of Andy’s clients benefit from the insights he gained as CEO of his previous firm. This experience enhanced his appreciation of the day-to-day issues and long-term strategic challenges business owners face, and reinforced the importance of providing them with clear, actionable guidance rather than esoteric legal analysis.
