Tom Egan is a Partner at Latimer LeVay Fyock LLC. Tom, a certified public accountant as well as an attorney, focuses his practice on general corporate and transactional matters, including asset securitization transactions, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, public and private offerings of securities (including IPOs), organizational restructurings, shareholder agreements, stock option programs, employment agreements, commercial leases of personal and real property, commercial real estate transactions and an array of business contracts.
