Latimer LeVay Fyock Message Regarding Coronavirus Situation

Dear LLF Clients and Friends:

Like everyone LLF has been monitoring the developing situation regarding the COVID-19 virus. We want to let you know what LLF is doing to respond to this public health emergency.

Our priority is the safety and well-being of our team, clients, families, and the communities in which we live and work. We are assessing the situation daily, remaining vigilant, and following all recommendations from the World Health Organization, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and local authorities.

However, we are mindful of our obligation to continue to meet the needs of our clients as this situation unfolds. Please be assured that, while we are focused on the health and safety of our professionals and those around us, we remain focused on delivering quality legal service to our clients. We have plans and procedures in place to ensure that we can and will continue to deliver the highest level of quality service and execution during this unique time.

In the event of an office closure, our infrastructure has the capacity to permit our lawyers and staff to work remotely.  Accordingly, please communicate with LLF as you normally would. We have protocols in place to ensure the security of confidential documents and emails. 

Wherever possible, we have also asked our team to limit unnecessary travel and meetings and, in lieu thereof, are encouraging telecommunication and work-from-home practices.  Further, we have asked LLF professionals and staff not to come into our office if they feel ill or have been in contact with anyone known to have contracted COVID-19.

The situation remains fluid but you should rest assured knowing that LLF has implemented policies, procedures, and technology to allow us to continue to serve your needs as we work through this challenging time.  We are all in this together and together we will get through it.
