Daniel B. Rubinow is Of Counsel to Latimer LeVay Fyock LLC. Dan concentrates his practice in the areas of hospitality and business licensing. His clients include restaurants, taverns, tobacco dealers, liquor stores, and other licensed businesses.
Dan previously served in the City of Chicago Law Department where he concentrated on handling license adjudication cases. While at the City of Chicago, he also prosecuted criminal cases including a successful jury trial.

Negotiates with City of Chicago Zoning Department to resolve complex and unique zoning disputes related to liquor licensed businesses.
Works with a wide variety of businesses, including massage establishments, gaming licensees, automobile dealers, grocery stores, delivery services, and boat yards.
