Janet Wagner is a Partner at Latimer LeVay Fyock LLC. Her practice focuses on banking and commercial financing transactions. Janet has extensive experience representing commercial banks, institutional lenders, insurance companies and other lenders in a wide variety of commercial and real estate financing transactions at all phases from origination to workout.


Janet’s commercial lending and secured transaction experience is comprehensive. In addition to real estate and asset-based lending, she has advised lenders and documented loans secured by unique collateral, including boats, aircraft, rail cars and video gaming machines.

    • Represented a regional bank in a $5,500,000 revolving line of credit to a developer and provider of cloud-based credit and portfolio management technology solutions for the investment management industry.

    • Advised a regional bank in structuring and preparing documentation for a $10,750,000 refinance of a real estate loan secured by eight retail hardware stores.

    • Documented a loan to purchase a 250+ acre foreclosure auction property with parcels in various stages of development.

    • Represented individual investor in a private bridge loan transaction to a real estate developer for project completion.
