Janet Wagner is a Partner at Latimer LeVay Fyock LLC. Her practice focuses on banking and commercial financing transactions. Janet has extensive experience representing commercial banks, institutional lenders, insurance companies and other lenders in a wide variety of commercial and real estate financing transactions at all phases from origination to workout.
