As a Managing Member and founder of the firm, Brian D. LeVay understands how the intricacies of the law interact with the day-to-day and long-term challenges of running a business, raising a family and planning for the future. This experience and insight has evolved into a thoughtful, holistic, solutions-oriented approach to his clients’ interests and objectives, incorporating the full spectrum of practical, financial and legal considerations. As such, Brian often acts as a valued outside general counsel for clients who come to rely on his insights and judgment for their business and personal affairs.  Brian sees himself as a steadfast ally and trusted advisor, invested in his clients’ success. His proactive and collaborative approach, responsiveness and genuine interest in his clients has resulted in relationships that span decades.

Brian concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate counseling and transactions, business and wealth succession and planning, commercial real estate and leasing, finance and lending and commercial and banking litigation. He counsels his business clients and their owners in an array of corporate, real estate, employment, estate planning, intellectual property and business immigration matters.  Brian also represents banks, credit unions and private lenders relative to asset-based and real estate loans, restructurings and loan workouts.  In addition, he represents clients involved in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leases and other real estate related projects.

A graduate of Tufts University, Brian earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law. When not assisting his clients or managing the firm, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and attending Springsteen concerts and baseball games.
