Partner Sheryl A. Fyock firmly believes that the trust, confidence, and respect that form the personal foundation of enduring attorney-client relationships is not a matter of titles or pedigree. It is earned over time, through consistently sound counsel, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to finding optimal solutions that efficiently achieve her clients’ goals.

Concentrating her practice primarily in the representation of financial institutions and asset-based lenders, Sheryl provides sophisticated yet practical guidance in all aspects of negotiation, loan documentation, workout, enforcement of remedies, and bankruptcy. She also advises banks on internal matters such as compliance and regulatory issues, vendor contracts, and employment issues. Sheryl’s counsel is informed by the effort she makes to understand each client’s unique organization and structure, as well as the time she takes to listen to their concerns and objectives.

A graduate of Drake University, Sheryl earned a master’s degree from the University of Kansas and her law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. When not serving her clients, the mother of three grown children looks forward to traveling, spending time with friends and family, and going on as many dog walks as she can fit in.
